Can OPINS expire?

OPINS exist for the duration of the cycle of the sales process...once delivered they can not be rescanned and so in effect, expire upon receipt.

Is OPIN integrated with my returns?

Absolutely...OPIN software permits returns to happen fluidly and easily. When an item gets returned, the OPIN activates as a return and then expires when it is returned to the retailer so it protects everyone at every stage.

What is your customer support when we sign up?

We know how tricky it can be dealing with all parties connected to your sales and shipping. So we have live phone/online support from 8am through to 8pm 7 days per week to help make your day that little bit easier.

Is there a minimum or maximum order range?
